Role Overview

The Client Support Engineer (Security) will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting security-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of cybersecurity solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients on security systems and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cybersecurity-related issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain security software and hardware.
• Monitor client systems for vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support processes and client interactions.
• Train and assist clients on security tools and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional cybersecurity regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity roles.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security.
• Experience with SIEM tools and vulnerability management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO2,100.000 per month
