Job Overview:
MK Tech Solutions is hiring a Client Support Executive to manage client communication, follow-ups, and project coordination. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle clients professionally on behalf of management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client queries through calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email
  • Schedule, attend, and document client meetings
  • Follow up with clients and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, CSR, or client handling
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Must be comfortable working onsite

Location: Onsite – MKTH Office
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
