Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote the company’s forex products and services.
  • Identify clients’ currency exchange requirements and provide suitable forex solutions to meet their needs.
  • Handle inquiries related to foreign exchange, remittances, and currency transfers efficiently and accurately.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, client referrals, and market research.
  • Provide clients with daily updates on exchange rates, market trends, and foreign currency regulations.
  • Ensure all forex transactions comply with regulatory and company policies, including AML and KYC guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, compliance, and treasury to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Maintain accurate client records, transaction details, and sales reports for management review.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through active client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on global economic trends and currency movements to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, and business events to promote forex services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
