Salary: PKR 55,000 – 75,000+ (Depending on Experience & Skills)
Timing: 6 PM – 3 AM (Monday to Friday)

Client Support Representative – Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our healthcare agency team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, patients, and healthcare professionals by providing administrative support, handling inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client and patient inquiries via phone, email, in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling, service coordination, and healthcare program information.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update information in the system.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, caregivers, nurses, and healthcare staff.
  • Handle intake documentation, service requests, and follow-up communications.
  • Resolve client concerns and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Verify client information and ensure confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, reporting, and data entry.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and terminology preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
