With strong communication and coordination skills, you are able to support teams and contribute to delivering consistent and exceptional client experiences aligned with Maison standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of client experience tools and guidelines in boutiques.
• Monitor client experience performance and follow up on feedback.
• Coordinate regional client treatment initiatives, events and animations.
• Support gifting initiatives, reporting and best practice sharing.
• Assist with budget follow up and coordination with cross functional teams.
