Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure seamless patient experiences at our centre. This role combines leadership, operational efficiency, and patient-first thinking, making it a pivotal part of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Manage patient flow and scheduling to deliver timely and efficient care.
• Supervise front office, nursing, and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and empathy.
• Monitor clinic performance, patient satisfaction and implementing targeted plans to increase the revenue growth.
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and external partners to streamline processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in clinic/hospital management, preferably in fertility, IVF, or women’s healthcare.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in clinic management software and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and drive operational excellence.
