Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, administration and sales.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to achieve sales target.
• Meet goals and metrics.
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year of working experiences as Manager in Aesthetic / Clinical Industry.
• Good understanding of Aesthetic, Sales, market analysis, and concept.
• Good Communication, negotiation, managerial, and leadership skill.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Beauty, Clinic

• An Aesthetic Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of an aesthetic clinic/center, ensuring smooth functioning, quality client service, staff management, and achievement of business targets while maintaining professional standards in aesthetics and customer care.

• Key Responsibilities
• • Clinic Operations – Manage daily activities, scheduling, and workflow of the branch.
• • Team Management – Supervise doctors, nurses, front office, and support staff; provide training and motivation.
• • Client Relationship – Ensure excellent customer service, handle escalations, and maintain client satisfaction.
• • Sales & Targets – Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals, cross-selling, and upselling services.
• • Compliance & Standards – Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with aesthetic clinic protocols.
• • Inventory & Resources – Monitor stock of products, consumables, and equipment usage.
• • Reporting & Coordination – Prepare performance reports, coordinate with higher management, and implement company policies.
• • Marketing Support – Assist in local promotions, events, and brand-building activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
