MedoPlus operates state-of-the-art clinics in five block towns of Barabanki district, offering:

Clinic Manager Role
We are seeking dedicated and capable Clinic Managers to oversee the day-to-day business operations and sales of our clinics. This role demands the ability to implement efficient processes to enhance patient care, manage budgets, and drive patient footfall and revenue growth.
Locations: Ramnagar, Suratganj, Tikaitganj, and Dariyabad (Barabanki District, Uttar Pradesh). The manager may be required to assist across locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly Sales plans for the clinic
- Coordinate with field staff and partner channels to ensure successful implementation of plans
- Design and manage local marketing and outreach activities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and staff responsibilities
- Engage with patient families and community organizations regarding treatment plans
- Keep the public informed about clinic services and treatments
- Manage the clinic’s budget, billing systems, and inventory, recommending restocking needs to the central purchase team
- Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of clinic equipment
- Enforce SOPs and operational protocols to deliver high-quality patient care
- Provide regular updates to senior management on clinic performance, patient satisfaction, key initiatives, challenges, and operational gaps
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to supervise, train, and motivate clinic and field teams, including channel partner staff
- Prior experience in clinic or healthcare facility management is preferred
- Proficiency in budgeting, billing, and healthcare administration software
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging patients, healthcare providers, and the broader community
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
