Clinic Supervisor

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Patient Coordinator to be the face of our clinic and ensure an exceptional client experience from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, online)
• Provide information on services such as Botox, Fillers, PRP, Mesotherapy, etc.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Handle payments, invoices, and POS systems
• Follow up with patients pre- and post-treatment for satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Upsell treatments, packages, and promotions as appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role (preferably in an aesthetic or medical clinic)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Presentable and customer-service oriented
• Familiar with CRM systems, appointment booking platforms & social media engagement
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments is an advantage
