BRANCH MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental centre and ensure efficient workflow in all departments.
  • Supervise and support clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and professional standards.
  • Maintain excellent patient service and handle escalations or complaints professionally.
  • Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilisation for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards.
  • Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, and lab technicians to ensure timely completion of treatments
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to enhance patient reach and retention.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Ensure implementation of company policies, HR guidelines, and administrative procedures.
  • Report operational issues, staff concerns, and feedback to senior management promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of dental clinic operations is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
