Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental centre and ensure efficient workflow in all departments.
- Supervise and support clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and professional standards.
- Maintain excellent patient service and handle escalations or complaints professionally.
- Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilisation for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, and lab technicians to ensure timely completion of treatments
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to enhance patient reach and retention.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Ensure implementation of company policies, HR guidelines, and administrative procedures.
- Report operational issues, staff concerns, and feedback to senior management promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of dental clinic operations is an added advantage.
