'Summary'
We are seeking a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This vital role supports the efficient operation of our outpatient clinics by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between providers and patients. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to mental health services that make a difference.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

- Knowledge of statistics and research design for social science

- Ability to teach and coach mental health workers

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Social Work, experience

with mental health patients expected

Responsibilities

The Clinical Administrative Coordinator (CAC) monitors telepsychiatry services in their assigned clinics/groups with a focus on early identification of problems reducing the effectiveness or efficiency of telepsychiatry services.

Under the supervision of the Clinical Administrative Supervisor (CAS), the CAC:

  • Supports daily collection of utilization data and creates monthly reports of key measures.
  • Coordinates provider peer review data collection and submits reports.
  • Coordinates survey data collection and assists in creating reports.

The CAC is responsible for supporting and assisting the CAS by:

  • Collecting data about patient, clinic, and provider questions, concerns, and complaints.
  • Communicating with clinic staff, providers and PMPI MAs to identify problem areas and opportunities to improve patient care as well as program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assisting the CSM in creating and executing quality improvement (QI) projects.

Telepsychiatry Services

Focus on the patient, displaying genuine care and empathy in all interactions, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Follow workflow procedures for day-to-day coordination of clinical support and quality improvement projects.

Understand and follow applicable Federal and State laws (e.g., HIPAA), regulations (e.g., OSHA), professional standards, and ethical principles; comply with PMPI policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and protect patient privacy and security.

Demonstrates compassion and care by proactively identifying and resolving potential problems to ensure patients are receiving excellent care and support. Collaborates with clinic supervisors and staff to resolve issues and deliver timely resolution of any telepsychiatry related concerns.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
