We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to lead and supervise clinical operations in our Cardiology Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep clinical understanding, and a passion for delivering high-quality health care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of Cardiology Department

· Manage staff and ensure high-quality patient care

· Coordinate with medical teams and departments

· Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to clinical staff

· Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and protocols

· Coordinate patient care plans and multidisciplinary team activities

· Implement quality improvement initiatives and patient-safety measures

· Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

· Maintain the overall standards as per PHC policies

Skills & Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Healthcare Management/Administration / General Nursing or related field

· Clinical experience in Cardiology preferred

· Strong leadership and communication skills Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage

· Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills

· Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

· High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
