Operations Manager

Position: Overall Operations Manager (Aesthetic Clinics)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Overall Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic clinic branches.

This role requires regular visits to different branches to ensure smooth functioning, quality standards, and overall performance. The selected candidate will work closely with Head Office (Lahore) and provide regular reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clinic branches (minimum 2 visits per branch per month)
• Monitor sales performance and overall business operations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and clinic environment standards
• Oversee maintenance, staff performance, and workflow
• Identify areas for improvement and development
• Prepare visit reports and submit them to Head Office (Johar Town, Lahore)
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure consistent service quality

Requirements:

• Age: 30–40 years
• Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree minimum)
• Experience: At least 3–4 years of professional experience
• Ability to travel between branches
• Strong management, communication, and reporting skills
• Prior experience in operations, retail, clinics, or service businesses will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
