Club General Manager -Fitness First

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our sales & operations in Fitness First Gurgaon, driving revenue growth and overseeing the club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, leadership, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and performance improvement

- Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and developing strategies to exceed targets

- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results

- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high service standards, security, and maintenance of facilities

- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost optimization

- Customer Service: Enhance customer experience by ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years in fitness/offline service or a similar field, with experience handling cluster-level operations

Skills:

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
