Club Manager

With our brands MAC/One, MACFit, MACStudio, and NuSpa , we are MAC , Turkey’s largest fitness operator. We are looking for Club Managers to join our clubs and become part of our “Wellbeing Community.”

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management and sales
• A strong commercial mindset
• Proven leadership skills and presence
• Strong organizational abilities
• Customer-oriented with a focus on satisfaction, solutions, and results
• Excellent communication skills, friendly and dynamic personality
• Proficiency in planning, reporting, and operational follow-up

What You’ll Do

• Ensure achievement of the club’s periodic sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Manage the club’s budget, monitoring revenues and expenses
• Oversee seamless daily operations (equipment, cleanliness, occupational safety, and health compliance)
• Lead and develop the sales and fitness teams, ensuring their motivation and high performance
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Prepare accurate and complete reports on time and share them with relevant stakeholders
