Club Manager

A club manager oversees all club operations to ensure a smooth, profitable, and welcoming environment for members and guests by managing staff, coordinating events, handling budgets, and maintaining facilities, with responsibilities varying based on the club type (e.g., social, sporting, or entertainment). Key duties include staff recruitment and training, ensuring high customer service standards, managing finances, and upholding health and safety regulations.

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the club's workforce.
  • Operations Oversight: Manage daily club activities, from food and beverage service to entertainment and facility maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Develop budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  • Customer Service: Ensure members and guests receive excellent service, address concerns, and resolve complaints.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and optimal functioning of the club's facilities and equipment.
  • Marketing & Events: Plan and execute events, develop strategies to attract patrons, and promote club services.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations (like liquor or health codes), and health and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
