Cluster Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR functions by providing

expert guidance, supervising HR Specialists, and managing complex HR matters. This role serves as a subject matter

expert in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or compliance, while ensuring HR processes are

implemented in alignment with SERB Company standards.


The HR Specialist acts as the link between the HR leadership team and operational HR staff, supporting escalated

employee issues, mentoring junior colleagues, and ensuring HR documentation and reports are accurate and timely.


The HR Specialist will:


· Provide advanced HR support in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or compliance.

· Supervise and mentor HR Specialists, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

· Handle escalated employee queries, grievances, and sensitive cases.

· Support compliance with labor law, Saudization, and SERB Company standards.

· Prepare HR reports, analytics, and recommendations for management.


Education


· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) preferred.


Experience


· 2–7 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a senior role.

· Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, or payroll.

· Hospitality or service industry experience preferred.


Skills


· Strong supervisory and coaching skills.

· Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.


Languages


· Fluent in English; Arabic required; additional languages an advantage.
