Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager based in Mirpur. The Cluster Manager will oversee the operations of multiple business units, manage and inspire teams to meet sales targets, and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include implementing strategic sales initiatives, fostering relationships with clients, and driving operational excellence to support business growth. The role requires consistent monitoring of performance, mentoring of team members, and collaboration with senior management to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
