Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns (brand, rooms, F&B, and festive) in line with the annual marketing calendar and cluster business objectives.

Coordinate creative production (photoshoots, videos, collaterals, digital assets) and liaise with agencies and vendors.

Ensure brand compliance with Minor Hotels and NH Collection / Dukes The Palm guidelines.

Track campaign performance and report on key KPIs (ROI, CTR, reach, engagement, etc.).

Manage social-media calendars, content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement across both properties.

Work closely with the revenue and e-commerce teams to maximize direct website traffic and brand.com bookings.

Coordinate influencer collaborations and digital activations that support property visibility.

Draft and distribute press releases, liaise with local and international media, and coordinate property features and interviews.

Support in award submissions, brand partnerships, and key media events.

Manage photo and video archives for PR and brand use.

Oversee in-house communications, signage, and marketing materials for all outlets and departments.

Support operational teams (Rooms, F&B, Spa) with tactical campaigns and guest-facing communication materials.

Maintain campaign trackers, budget follow-ups, and monthly marketing reports.

Support the Cluster Director in preparing presentations, dashboards, and performance reviews.
