Cluster Operations Manager - North

Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) business is looking for North Cluster Manager PKA responsible for leading and managing operations across multiple warehouse and cold storage facilities in Northern Pakistan. The North Cluster Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of warehousing operations, maintaining high service levels, driving cost efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with Maersk’s global standards. This role plays a critical leadership role in one of our most important growth regions, leading high performing teams across multiple facilities to ensure seamless execution of operations. The role will also be responsible for driving innovation in warehousing and cold chain operations, while being part of a global organization committed to excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across multiple warehouse and cold storage sites in different cities within the North region
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement effective tracking and control systems
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting all aligned KPIs with optimized costing
• Identify and execute cost optimization initiatives and process improvements to drive operational efficiency
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, legal and compliance standards across all facilities
• Leverage technology to improve visibility, efficiency, and productivity
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service delivery and operational alignment
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control across the cluster
