CNC Machine Operator

The Machinist will be responsible for performing workshop tasks such as new machining, equipment repairs, and roll machining, with a focus on CNC and lathe operations. This role supports plant reliability through accurate fabrication, timely repairs, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and manual lathe machines for new parts and repair jobs.
• Use G-code programming for precision machining.
• Understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Repair plant components including rolls, shafts, and couplings.
• Log job data in paper or ERP systems and report to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and attend required training.
• Adhere to PTW and JSEA guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean and tools maintained.
• Assist in breakdowns and plant shutdown activities.

Skills and Competencies:

• CNC machine operation and G-code knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
