About the Role

We are hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators specializing in woodworking machinery. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience operating Beam Saw, Edge Banding, Boring, and CNC Router machines, along with the ability to read technical drawings, maintain equipment, and support production tasks across the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up wood CNC machines, including:
• Beam Saw
• Edge Banding
• Boring Machines
• CNC Router (Wood)
• Read and interpret AutoCAD technical drawings accurately.
• Use calibration tools to maintain precision and quality.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments.
• Carry out ARTCAM/CNC programming and machining tasks.
• Assist with material preparation, loading, and machine adjustments (Helper‑to‑Setter tasks).
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform any required tasks within the factory to support smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–2 years minimum experience in wood‑related CNC machine operations

(Beam Saw, Edge Banding, Boring, Routering)

• Strong knowledge of:
• AutoCAD
• ArtCAM
• Ability to read and execute detailed technical drawings.
• Skilled in using calibration and measurement tools.
• Language proficiency:
• English
• Hindi
• Must be willing to work in various roles within the factory as needed.
