CNC Machinist / Programmer

Growing CNC manufacturing company seeking a motivated Junior CNC Machinist / Programmer looking to grow within a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic machining and setup experience who wants to continue developing advanced CNC machining skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CNC machine setup and operation
• Support programming and production activities
• Learn tooling, setups, fixtures, and inspection processes
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Maintain organized workstations and production areas
• Work closely with senior programmers and machinists

Qualifications

• 1–3 years machining or CNC experience preferred
• Blueprint reading skills preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• CAD/CAM experience is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
