CNC Machinist / Programmer

A growing machining shop in the Greater Charlotte area is hiring a CNC Machinist / Programmer to support aerospace, medical, and custom manufacturing work.

This is a high-mix, low-volume environment focused on complex, precision parts—not repetitive production.

What You’ll Do

· Setup, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes

· Work with multi-axis machines (3/4/5-axis)

· Use Fanuc and Heidenhain controls

· Take parts from print → setup → final inspection

Requirements

· 2 years CNC machining experience

· Ability to read blueprints and program/edit G-code

· Strong measurement and inspection skills

· Experience in a job shop or high-mix environment preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
