CNC Machinist Programmer

We are looking to hire new experienced programmer/machinist. Marzilli Machine has been featured in Modern Machine Shop Magazine as well as the Titan of CNC Podcast. We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist for our first shift. We are a fast paced job shop, using the latest technology and tools. We make different parts all the time, with small production runs. Ideal candidate should be able to do the following, Aerospace, firearms, medical manufacturing experince a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision in machining parts according to specifications.
• Ability to program required, mastercam experience preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. This includes understanding GD&T tolerances.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions. As well as other measurement tools such as tesa-heights, gages and other tools.
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam and CAM software, applying GD&T principles as necessary.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
