Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts as per technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or grinding) according to production requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM programming is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
