Job Tittle: CNC Operator

Experience: 1-5 Years(Emmegi CNC Machine, 4 Axis Profile CNC Machine, 5 Axis Profile CNC Machine is must)

Job Responsibilities:

• The job holder is responsible for configuring machine parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Record all production data in production papers (if necessary) and ERP System.
• Plan machining by studying work orders, engineering plans, materials, specifications, drawings, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Program mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tooling; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
• Set-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting tools, gears, stops e.t.c.
• Load feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
• Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to international standards and specified specifications set by the management.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Perform Quality Control in cooperation with Quality Control Department and reject defected profiles if necessary.
• Ensure the conformity to product and process requirements while performing the tasks.
• Follow and adhere to the Company policies, rules and procedures.
• Follow and adhere to the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment requirements as per management's instructions.
• Ensure that all activities are conforming to Qualanod and ISO9001 requirements.
