We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our hydraulic seal kit production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating CNC machines for precision components, related to hydraulic seal manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC turning and milling machines for seal production.
• Set up tools, materials, and programs as per job specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Ensure accurate dimensions and surface finishes according to design requirements.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Maintain machine performance and perform minor troubleshooting or adjustments.
• Record production data and report deviations or defects.
• Follow all safety and quality standards within the manufacturing area.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI Certificate.
• 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Operator (preferably in hydraulic seal manufacturing).
• Familiar with CNC control systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
