We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to cut, shape, and fabricate materials used in exhibition stands, custom joinery, and event structures. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to cut wood, MDF, acrylic, and other materials
• Interpret technical drawings and production files
• Set up tooling, load materials, and adjust machine settings
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
• Collaborate with carpenters, production supervisors, and designers
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and deadlines
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator (preferably in joinery, exhibition, or manufacturing industry)
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD files
• Knowledge of CNC programming basics is an advantage
• Familiarity with woodworking and fabrication processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of safety standards and machine maintenance

• Experience in exhibition stand or fit-out industry
• Diploma or technical certification in machining, manufacturing, or related field
• Experience working with CNC routers for wood and joinery
