Pay:
$40.00 per hour (part-time, flexible schedule)

Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time specialist to help design and manufacture molds for Kydex holsters. This role combines CNC programming and machining with CAD/CAM design and 3D scanning. You will be responsible for scanning actual firearms to capture precise dimensions, creating CAD models, and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality molds.

Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC machinery for mold production
• Use 3D scanners to capture accurate firearm measurements
• Convert scans into CAD/CAM models and develop flat patterns
• Collaborate with the team to ensure proper fit and retention
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency in production

Requirements:

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Experience in CNC programming and machining
• Familiarity with 3D scanning and reverse engineering
• Strong attention to detail and design skills
• Previous experience in firearms or holster manufacturing a plus

Schedule:

• Part-time, approx. 15–25 hours per week
• Flexible working hours, with potential to grow into more responsibility

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
