Our key ingredient is saffron, sourced from the finest natural farms, and our products are powered by Plant Stem Cell Technology and Nano-Technology. We are digitally available on all leading platforms such as Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit, Flipkart, Meesho, Smytten, Tata 1 mg, Jio Mart, etc. We are also available in USA and more global expansion is on the anvil.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Co-Founder at Saffr'n. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the strategic vision of the company, building the brand, raising funds and managing business development activities. This includes formulating marketing and sales strategies, conducting market expansion, and enhancing product innovation. The role is hybrid, preferably based in Bengaluru, with work-from-home flexibility.

Preferable Qualifications

• Prior fund raising experience is an advantage
• Relevant experience in the beauty/skin care industry is a plus
• Experience in performance marketing in various marketplaces
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strategic thinking and leadership qualities in scaling a business
• Doctors, preferably dermatologists, are also most welcome

The role comes with an equity option in the company. If you’re purely looking for a remuneration, this may not be the ideal role for you.
