Position Summary
The Co-op Marketing Specialist plays a key role in launching, managing, and optimizing Malibu Boats, Inc.’s (MBI) dealer co-op advertising program through the Ansira platform across MBI’s portfolio of brands. This position focuses on standing up the platform, building and maintaining a robust marketing asset library, onboarding qualified third-party marketing service providers, and ensuring high dealer adoption and satisfaction. The coordinator also provides performance insights, tracks ROI, and ensures budget efficiency to maximize the co-op program’s impact.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Launch & Management

Lead setup and configuration of the Ansira co-op marketing platform to align with program requirements and brand standards.

Partner with Ansira to customize workflows, templates, reporting dashboards, and integration with approved vendors.

Develop onboarding and training materials to ensure dealers can navigate the platform effectively.
Asset Library Development

Curate and upload approved marketing assets, imagery, videos, and customizable templates from brand marketing teams.

Refresh the asset library to align with seasonal promotions, product launches, and evolving brand positioning.

Ensure assets are optimized for dealer use and meet all brand compliance requirements.
Dealer Support & Adoption

Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers with questions regarding the co-op program guidelines, the co-op portal or claim approvals/rejections.

Provide training, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance to drive adoption and engagement.

Track dealer participation, identify adoption barriers, and implement solutions to increase usage.
3rd Party Provider Network Expansion

Research and qualify marketing service providers who offer turnkey solutions such as local/regional digital ad campaign management, SEO, paid search/social, geofencing, reputation management, and business texting services.

Vet providers for quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and proven ROI.

Work with Ansira to integrate approved providers into the platform’s third-party network.

Maintain a current roster of recommended providers by region for dealer access.
Program Reporting, Optimization & Budget Oversight

Monitor industry trends, competitor marketing tactics, and emerging local advertising channels.

Monitor engagement metrics, asset utilization, vendor performance, and dealer ROI.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with finance to track co-op budget usage and ensure accurate accruals.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, co-op/MDF programs, or digital advertising management.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Familiarity with local/regional marketing channels, vendor management, and marketing technology platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with creative file formats a plus.
