Job description:

The Coffee & Tea Maker is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages — including Arabic coffee, Turkish coffee, espresso, and teas — to guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

The role ensures that guests receive a warm welcome, beverages are served to brand standards, and the service area remains clean and well-organized at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Arabic coffee, Karak tea, espresso-based drinks, and other hot/cold beverages according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Welcome guests politely and ensure a pleasant beverage experience in line with the resort’s hospitality standards.
• Present beverages neatly and professionally in the serving area or designated locations (e.g., majlis, domes, or event areas).
• Handle coffee and tea-making equipment safely and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness.
• Prepare ingredients (milk, sugar, cardamom, spices, etc.) in advance for smooth service flow.
• Refill serving utensils, glassware, and condiments as needed.
• Keep the coffee station and utensils clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
• Ensure all equipment (coffee machine, kettle, grinder) is maintained properly and report any issues immediately.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure the area is tidy before and after each shift.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cups, and other supplies.
• Assist in monthly inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain freshness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a coffee or tea maker, barista, or hospitality service staff.
• Familiarity with Arabic coffee and Karak tea preparation is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of beverage presentation and hygiene standards.
• Polite, attentive, and guest-focused.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
