Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 9, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

About the Role

Renexus Resources is on the lookout for an energetic, self-motivated, and performance-oriented International Sales Specialist to become part of our growing outbound sales division in Karachi. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about communication, client engagement, and global business development.

Core Responsibilities

In this front-line sales role, you’ll be a vital part of our Business Development team, driving new client acquisition and contributing directly to the company’s international growth. Your key duties include:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Engage in proactive outreach through international calls and digital channels to connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Consultative Selling: Deliver compelling pitches that highlight Renexus Resources’ value propositions and create meaningful client interest.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify potential prospects, evaluate business needs, and schedule qualified meetings for the Senior Sales Team.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals related to outreach and conversion.
  • CRM Management: Ensure complete accuracy and timely updates of all lead and sales data within the CRM system.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English for confident engagement with global clients.
  • Professional Background: Recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, or client relations are encouraged to apply.
  • Resilient & Goal-Oriented Mindset: Confidence, persistence, and professionalism in managing outbound sales activities.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new products, markets, and sales strategies rapidly in a competitive environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
