Renexus Resources is scaling its international business development operations and is seeking a Global Sales Outreach Executive to join our Karachi-based team.

This position is a great fit for individuals with strong English communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a genuine interest in driving B2B lead generation across international markets.

Primary Scope of Work

In this role, you will act as a key connection point with potential business clients overseas and will directly support the company’s international revenue engine. You will be responsible for:

  • International Market Outreach: Running outreach campaigns to connect with prospective B2B clients in foreign markets
  • Value Presentation: Clearly explaining service offerings and business value to senior corporate stakeholders
  • Lead Screening: Qualifying potential opportunities and booking meetings for the senior sales teams
  • Target-Driven Performance: Consistently achieving required activity metrics (calls, conversions, meeting schedules, etc.)
  • Data Accuracy: Updating CRM records and ensuring campaign data is well-maintained and actionable

Ideal Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Excellent command over English (spoken and written)
  • A confident, professional communication style
  • 0–1 year experience in sales / telemarketing / client engagement is preferred (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Ability to quickly understand service offerings and business concepts
  • CRM familiarity or sales tool exposure is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or university student in final semesters)

Compensation & Rewards

  • Base Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month
  • Incentive Structure: Commission model is uncapped — performance directly increases earnings
