Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (U.S. Market)

Job Overview:
We are hiring Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to engage U.S. small business owners, introduce our digital automation services, and book demos for our sales team. Candidates with strong English communication and a target-driven mindset are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 180+ outbound calls daily using our CRM dialer
• Speak with 50–70 prospects daily (business owners/decision makers)
• Follow a structured script to qualify leads and book demos
• Update CRM after every call
• Send SMS/email follow-ups using templates
• Achieve daily and weekly demo targets
• Attend daily performance meetings

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 months outbound cold calling experience (U.S. or international)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Understanding of CRMs or sales funnels (preferred)
• Coachable, confident, and target-oriented
• Comfortable with night shift
• Fresh candidates with strong spoken English are also encouraged to apply

Location: Sahiwal (On-site)
Timings: 8 PM – 4 AM (U.S. Business Hours)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
