Cold Caller/ Lead Generation Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Cold Caller/ Lead Generation Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making high volumes of outbound cold calls, initiating conversations with prospects, identifying potential clients, and scheduling qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of IT solutions , and the drive to generate qualified leads in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mass outbound cold calls daily to reach decision-makers in target markets.
• Initiate engaging conversations and introduce IT solutions and services to clients.
• Identify and qualify potential clients based on business needs.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with the senior sales team.
• Maintain and update lead information, call logs, and activity reports in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
• Achieve daily/weekly KPIs for calls, meetings scheduled, and qualified leads.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or outbound sales, preferably in an IT solutions company.
• Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT services such as:

1. Web & App Development

2. CRM/ERP Solutions

3. AI & Automation

4. Cybersecurity

5. Cloud Infrastructure

• Familiar with CRM tools, lead generation tools, and softwares.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
