Cold Caller & Sales Expert (Education Consultancy)

Job Description

We are seeking a Cold Caller & Sales Expert with a strong drive to connect with potential students and families. The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales, lead generation, and client relationship management. A background in education consultancy is highly preferred.

This role involves calling leads, explaining study abroad opportunities, and converting inquiries into appointments and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote abroad education services
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointments and conversions
• Build rapport with prospective students and parents, providing accurate information about study destinations and processes
• Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure smooth lead handover

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or client acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone
• Background in education consultancy or student recruitment is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory if experience is strong

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
