Account Manager Client Relationship Manager

Job Description

Job Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Location: Lahore DHA Phase 8

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for client communication via calls, emails, and video meetings
  • Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new clients to set expectations and gather requirements
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers, outreach teams, and creatives to ensure timely campaign delivery
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep campaigns on track
  • Prepare and deliver regular campaign performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and ROI
  • Proactively manage client expectations, handle concerns, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain CRM records (GoHighLevel preferred) and update client progress/status
  • Assist in upselling or renewing contracts by identifying client needs and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in client/account management, preferably within digital marketing or lead generation
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to interact professionally with international clients
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally GoHighLevel, for pipeline and client management
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
