We're Hiring: Cold Calling Agent (Night Shift | 7 PM – 4 AM)

Location: Kamsoft Technology, Shahra e Faisal

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive – Based on experience

Are you a skilled communicator with a proven track record in cold calling within the eCommerce or product-based industries?

We're looking for a Cold Calling Agent to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced, results-driven company that values expertise, initiative, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients

Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns

Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience in eCommerce or product-based businesses (essential)

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM)

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
