Location

Shaheen Complex, 1st Floor, Egerton Road, Garhi Shahu, Lahore.

5 Days a week (Saturdays & Sundays off)

6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Job Purpose

To generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls to prospective clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team. This role is key to building pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using lists or leads provided.
  • Introduce Abacus services/products in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to understand needs and identify fit.
  • Handle objections and rejections gracefully; overcome barriers in conversation.
  • Schedule appointments or follow‐ups for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, outcomes, next steps in CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment quotas.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines, but adapt as necessary to each prospect’s situation.
  • Provide feedback to management on lead quality, script effectiveness, and possible improvements.
  • Stay aware of Abacus’s product/service offerings, features and benefits.
  • Possibly assist with outbound emailing or other outreach alongside cold calling.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate
  • Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales support is preferred (could accept freshers depending on training structure).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal English skills; clear, confident speaking style.
  • Interpersonal skills: Good listener, ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Resilience: Comfortable with rejection; persistence.
  • Targets & Metrics Oriented: Has ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Technical skills: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Organizational skills: Time management, discipline to follow up.

Desirable Attributes

  • Self‐motivated and goal‐driven.
  • Ability to work under supervision but also with autonomy.
  • Adaptability to different types of prospects and ability to adjust pitch accordingly.
  • Detail‐oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
