We are looking for a confident and experienced Cold Calling Specialist to help expand partnerships with schools across the United States. Our business focuses on providing educational toys, learning tools, and school-friendly products that support classroom learning and student development.
Your role will be to contact schools, introduce our products, build interest, and collect contact information (emails) for the appropriate decision-makers so our team can follow up.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to elementary schools, preschools, daycare centers, and educational institutions
- Introduce our educational toys and learning products and explain how they benefit classrooms and students
- Speak with principals, administrators, teachers, or purchasing coordinators
- Identify potential buyers interested in sourcing toys or learning tools
- Collect and verify contact emails for follow-up and onboarding
- Record call outcomes and maintain organized lead information
- Set up opportunities for our team to continue the conversation with interested schools
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing
- Experience contacting schools, daycare centers, or educational institutions is highly preferred
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a friendly, professional tone
- Strong organizational skills to track leads and contacts
- Experience with CRM tools or spreadsheets is a plus

- Experience in B2B outreach, education sector sales, or toy/learning product sales is a big advantage
- Must be willing to work in Pacific Standard Time as a dedicated staff for 8 hours a day US Timings
