Job Description

Vairt is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Cold Email Outreach Expert to support our lead generation and sales outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing cold email campaigns, managing prospect lists, and consistently delivering qualified leads.

This role is performance-focused and suitable for candidates who understand email outreach fundamentals and can meet defined monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cold email outreach campaigns
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists
• Write and personalize cold email sequences
• Monitor email performance (open rates, replies, conversions)
• Generate a minimum of 60 qualified leads per month
• Maintain accurate outreach and lead records
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BBA, or a related field
• Prior experience in cold email outreach or lead generation (preferred)
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with email outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist, etc.) is a plus
• Understanding of email best practices and deliverability
• Target-driven, organized, and self-motivated
