Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Cold Email Outreach Manager to join our on-site team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing outbound email campaigns, lead generation systems, inbox management, sequencing tools, and reply handling to book qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute cold email outreach campaigns for B2B clients.

* Manage sending domains, warm-up tools, and inbox health.

* Build targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.

* Write, test, and optimize email copy for high reply and booking rates.

* Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, reply rate, positive response rate, booking rate).

* Handle replies, categorize leads, and forward qualified leads to sales teams.

* Maintain clean lead data and ensure high deliverability using verification tools.

* Report daily/weekly performance and suggest improvements.

* Work directly with the CEO to maximize booked meetings.

Requirements

* 2-5 years of hands-on experience in cold email outreach or lead generation.

* Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain health, and inbox management.

* Experience with tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.

* Must know how to write cold email copy that avoids spam filters.

* Ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.

* Good communication and follow-up handling skills.

* Should be disciplined, data-driven, and result-focused.
