Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads for our SaaS, ERP, and software solutions.

This role involves outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assess potential fit based on client needs.
  • Understand and clearly articulate the company’s software solutions (SaaS, ERP, or custom products) to prospective clients.
  • Schedule product demos or discovery calls for the sales or business development team.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, meetings booked, and leads generated.
  • Gather and share market insights, client pain points, and competitive feedback with the sales and product teams.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and stay updated with the latest SaaS and B2B sales trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an SDR, Inside Sales Executive, or Tele-sales Representative (Software/SaaS industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with a persuasive personality.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lemlist is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
