Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation

o Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including databases, social media, and industry directories.

o Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for outreach.

  • Cold Calling & Outreach

o Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients, introducing the company’s services and value proposition.

o Utilize scripts and strategic messaging to engage prospects and capture interest.

o Overcome objections effectively and address client concerns with confidence.

  • Qualification & Needs Assessment

o Assess potential clients' needs, pain points, and business challenges to determine alignment with company offerings.

o Gather critical insights to tailor future sales pitches and solutions.

  • Appointment Setting

o Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls with senior sales executives or account managers.

o Ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.

  • Follow-ups & Relationship Building

o Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.

o Nurture relationships to enhance trust and improve conversion rates.

  • CRM & Data Management

o Accurately document and update prospect interactions, call outcomes, and lead status in the CRM system.

o Analyze call performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies accordingly.

  • Market & Competitor Research

o Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

o Utilize insights to refine messaging and improve sales strategies.

  • Collaboration & Performance Optimization

o Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.

o Continuously refining cold-calling techniques through feedback, coaching, and training.

Experience:

o Minimum 6 Months in BPO (sales preferred). 

o Background experience in US Healthcare industry is preferred. 

Education:  

o Bachelor’s degree.

o Ability to assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

o Efficiently manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients.

o Strong follow-up skills to convert cold leads to warm opportunities.

5. CRM & Data Management

o Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to track lead interactions.

o Attention to detail in maintaining accurate prospect data and call records.

o Analytical mindset to assess outreach effectiveness and refine strategies.

6. Industry & Market Knowledge

o Understanding of the target industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

o Ability to articulate company offerings in a way that resonates with potential clients.

o Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry developments.

7. Time Management & Organization

o Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls efficiently.

o Strong organizational skills to balance multiple prospects and follow-ups.

o Prioritization of high-potential leads to maximum conversion.

o Willingness to work closely with sales and marketing teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: According to the skill set.  
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday 
  • Job Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM PKT
