Collaboration engineer

Are you passionate about building world‑class collaboration experiences and shaping the future of enterprise communication? We’re looking for a skilled Collaboration Engineer to join our team and deliver advanced Cisco solutions across voice, video, and unified communications.


What You Will Do

  • Deliver Cisco Advanced Services across Voice, Video, and Collaboration technologies, including design, installation, and proactive day‑2 support within large enterprise environments.
  • Work closely with customers and cross‑functional Cisco teams—Project Managers, Sales, Systems Engineers—to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Produce high‑quality customer documentation such as High‑Level Designs (HLDs), Low‑Level Designs (LLDs), and test plans across the full Collaboration portfolio.
  • Lead design workshops and provide consultancy to customers, translating requirements into robust UC implementations.
  • Support complex migrations, including after‑hours or weekend work when required.
  • Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment, contributing to new solution development and cross‑architecture engineering initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot migration and deployment challenges, assisting customers with related tools and network management systems.
  • Understand complex design concepts and deliver the right solutions with confidence and clarity.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies such as Unified CM, Expressway‑C/E, CMS, IP Phones, Video Endpoints, and CUBE.
  • Strong understanding of IP communications protocols: SIP, H.323, XML, HTTP, REST APIs, RTP.
  • Solid foundation in TCP/IP, QoS, and IP communications network design.
  • Strong documentation skills (LLDs, implementation plans, test documents, migration plans).
  • Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic abilities.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving environments.
  • Cisco Collaboration CCNP certification.


Highly Desirable Skills

  • Experience with additional Cisco Collaboration components: Cisco Contact Center, Webex Nodes, Webex Services.
  • Background in audio/video technologies: streaming, recording, video standards, mixers, adapters.
  • Experience with video editing tools for post‑production.
  • Programming knowledge: Python, JSON, JavaScript, HTML.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AD, Exchange, SSO.
  • Cisco Collaboration CCIE certification
