Collection Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Collection Officer to manage outdoor collections across the UAE. The role involves visiting clients, coordinating payment follow-ups, collecting overdue amounts, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional client relationships. The candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license and be comfortable with field work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor/field visits to clients for payment follow-up and collections.
• Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding payments, due dates, and payment methods.
• Negotiate and confirm payment commitments and ensure follow-through.
• Collect payments (as per company policy) and issue/obtain required documentation/receipts.
• Maintain accurate daily collection reports, client visit updates, and follow-up schedules.
• Escalate difficult cases to the supervisor/management when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical collection practices.
• Support the accounts/finance team with collection status updates and documentation.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Proven experience in collections (field/outdoor collections preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily outdoor routes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel or reporting via mobile apps (preferred).
• Professional attitude and ability to handle client interactions calmly.

• Collection : 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Hindi (Preferred)
• Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
