What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Account Representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Monitor daily activity to ensure compliance, professionalism, and productivity standards are met.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance development to your team.
• Collaborate with upper management to implement collection strategies and track team metrics.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable environment that reflects Orion’s values.
• Review and analyze performance reports, identify opportunities, and take proactive action to improve results.
• Handle escalated consumer interactions with professionalism and composure.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in collections, call center supervision, or team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and compliance.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and collection industry best practices preferred.
• A hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires a winning culture.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
