Collections Specialist – High Ownership Role (No Micromanagement)

We are a fast-paced auto finance company looking to add an experienced Collections Specialist to our team.

This is not a typical collections role. You will be working alongside a small, high-performing team where urgency, accountability, and teamwork matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Work delinquent auto loan accounts and drive resolution
• Make and receive calls to customers regarding payment and account status
• Identify next steps quickly (payment, repo, skip tracing, etc.)
• Follow through and ensure nothing falls behind
• Work closely with a small team to stay ahead of accounts

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior collections experience (auto finance preferred but not required)
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations
• Team-oriented mindset — no egos

What This Role Is NOT:

• This is not a management role
• This is not a sit-back-and-review role
• This is a hands-on, in-the-work, get-things-done position

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
